If you want to indulge in a creamy, rich and sweet treat, then mango sorbet is for you! Using only a few main ingredients and a blender, this dessert is ready in just minutes! Or save in your freezer for some sweet relief on those hot summer days!
Toss your diced mango into a blender, along with ice, vanilla, and sugar.
You may find that this mixture is going to be VERY thick. I suggest adding either milk or water to thin out the mixture so that it is able to blend.
Once everything is blended evenly, remove the mixture from the blender. Enjoy immediately or freeze it!

I am so excited that the weather is finally lightening up and that, pretty soon, we’ll all be able to enjoy a great Long Island summer!
