EASY EATS: Yogurt Bowl

Not a fan of açaí bowls, but love the way they look? Make a Yogurt Bowl instead!

Not only do they look just as good as any açaí bowl, yogurt bowls are still packed with loads of nutrients and the energy you need to take on your day!


Ingredients:

  • Vanilla yogurt
  • Granola
  • Strawberries
  • Bananas
  • Peanut butter

Fun Fact: Brown spots are not a sign that your bananas are going bad! They have actually just become ripe and sweet!

What to do:

  1. Grab a bowl and pour in about 1 cup of vanilla yogurt.
  2. Next, chop up 1/2 of a banana and two or three strawberries.
  3. Take a handful of granola and carefully place it in a straight line down the center of the yogurt.
  4. On one side of the granola, place your bananas in a straight line or pattern. Do the same on the opposite side with the strawberries.
  5. Drizzle on some peanut butter.

This super easy and delicious breakfast also makes for a great Instagram photo! Hope you all enjoy!
